Legal Eagle XL ORV is powered by Briggs and Stratton Vanguard 23 here. Not the power of the Verner 3V or 45 hp 1/2VW but it is not met to be, similar to the 28 to 30 hp 1/2VW engines and I do believe it makes the cut.
