It was a beautiful morning, not wind, clouds high overhead and down low floating around, dew on the grass and temps in the low to mid 70’s. This is what flying a Legal Eagle is all about. I love how LEXL SR 7-1/2 handle, very responsive and easy to move around in the sky. Wish the chase cam was with us today, but maybe next time.

Beautiful morning with low clouds floating about and temps in low to mid 70’s, dew on the grass and wind sock hanging limp. Time to air time in Legal Eagle XL SR 7-1/2 with the Verner 3V 3 cylinder radial.

Over the years I have tried several options, First one was the exhaust tips used on a VW engine exhaust on each end of my 1/2Vw engine. Worked great except they clog up and HP goes to slightly north of zero. This test shows using two can mufflers, from Tractor and aircraft supply, reduces sound by about 6 dBa which is about 50% reduction, with a total weight add of approximately 3 pounds, by the time exhaust pipe stabilizers are added.

The 2 ply rated 4:00 x 6 tires that come with the Black Max wheels are very light but tires are not made very good. The wires will come out of beed if to much pressure in tire and or if they get bounced hard on landing. Almost impossible to use tubeless. I use self sealing tubes, small stickers will penetrate tires. The 4 ply tires are a bit better but on hard surfaces do not last long before wearing thin

Using Gopro Studio for basic editing needs. I do not believe this program is supported by Gopro at this time but if using older Gopro cameras is an option for basic editing needs, it is simple to use and is quick for editing.

This is what I had intended to present during the Red Barn Forum but i made a mistake and thought my Forum was at 1;00 and it was at 11:30 so i was not prepared. This should present the basics of using Wondershare Filmora and as time goes by I will have one on Gopro Studio and another on Pinnacle Studio. Should also have one on Windows movie maker in near future. Let me know if additonal questions or comments.
