Am building Legal Eagle XL. Like the tail wheel assembly featured on this web site. would like some specifications, like what kind of wheel and what size spring, where can obtain items. etc. Looks easy to build . Thanks. J Hazen
The only operating tail wheel installation like this I know of is Dennie Salem on his LEUL. So far so good but I have 2 springs, The one on it now maxes out wit about 80 lbs in pilots death. It’s other spring is way to stiff so I am hunting for the correct spring. Once I get to test it in operation will put up dimensions and part numbers so others can try it
